I love my boots from Big Time Boots. The staff is super friendly, and helpful. Check out every level . My boots came from a sale on the third floor. They are very unique, can be worn dressy or casual. The price was a fair price plus they honored my Military ID giving me a discount!

My son and I went to every place on the strip, and ended up back at this place. The staff was great, selection was awesome, and no one hassled us- just very helpful. We tried on a ton of hats! They helped us when we asked questions, and left us alone when we wanted to be. I picked up a really nice Buckskin which I'd been searching for, and my son got a new straw. Price was good. Very good overall experience. I will go back next year when I visit Nashville again. Highly recommend this place.

Not only does this store have high quality and unique boots, but the staff are very friendly and honest people. My husband left my bag sitting down when he was searching for an item for me. When he went back to retrieve it, only minutes later, a staff member found him and had already reviewed the camera footage to find out who it belonged to. The very kind saleswoman kept my bag with the boots I had been wearing, so I could wear my newly purchased boots. Wonderful customer service all around. I wore my new boots all day. They were very comfortable, no issues at all.
